This Designation provides real estate professionals with knowledge and awareness of green building principles applied in residences, commercial properties and developments to help consumers in purchasing, retrofitting and operating green properties.
Course objectives include:

- Financial advantages of properties that are eco-friendly and energy efficient
- Regulatory issues, zoning and building codes as they relate do sustainability
- Sustainable communities and land planning
